Spinach Stuffed Chicken

Spinach stuffed chicken breasts filled with a delightful blend of spinach and cheese make this a showstopper dish that’s both delicious and incredibly simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast by making a horizontal slice along the side, being careful not to cut through.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the stuffing.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-cheese mixture, pressing the edges to seal.
  5. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve these heavenly stuffed chicken breasts with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables for a delightful meal.
