Chicken Stir Fry

Here is a simple, but good, chicken stir fry recipe for a quick, easy and satisfying meal. Stir fries are perfect for a busy weeknight dinner and can be customized with your favorite vegetables and sauces.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetables of your choice (we recommend bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the oil to the pan and let it heat up.
  3. Add the chicken, onion, and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add the vegetables to the pan and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until they are tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the mixture to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the stir-fry hot.
