Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables

This recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. All you need is one sheet pan and a few simple ingredients to create a delicious and healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 2 cups vegetables of your choice (we recommend bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
