Sheet Pan Fajitas

This recipe is a quick and easy way to make a flavorful and satisfying meal. It is made on a sheet pan, which means minimal prep and cleanup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Toppings of your choice (we recommend sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. On a sheet pan, arrange the chicken, bell pepper, and onion in a single layer. Sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the top.
  3. Bake the sheet pan in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Assemble the fajitas by dividing the chicken and vegetables among the tortillas and topping with your desired toppings.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
