Simple Fried Rice Recipe

Fried Rice

Here is a quick and easy recipe for fried rice that is a great way to use leftover rice and veggies. As with other recipes on our site, our fried rice recipe is easy to prepare and tastes great.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced vegetables of your choice (such as peas, carrots, and onions)
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and add the oil.
  2. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender.
  3. Move the vegetables to one side of the pan, crack the eggs and add them to the empty part of the pan. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked.
  4. Add the rice and soy sauce and combine with the eggs and vegetables.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
