Sheet Pan Fajitas
This recipe is a quick and easy way to make a flavorful and satisfying meal. It is made on a sheet pan, which means minimal prep and cleanup.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- Toppings of your choice (we recommend sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the chicken, bell pepper, and onion in a single layer. Sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Bake the sheet pan in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
