Berry Parfait

This delicious and healthy dessert is perfect for a summer day or as a light and refreshing end to a meal. A berry parfait is perfect for a light breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup granola (or you can use crushed graham crackers or chopped nut if you prefer).

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey.
  2. In a separate bowl, cut the berries into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a glass or bowl, layer the yogurt mixture, berries, and granola.
  4. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass or bowl.
  5. Top with a final layer of berries and granola.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy the berry parfait for breakfast, as a dessert, of for a scrumptious and nutritious snack.
