Berry Parfait
This delicious and healthy dessert is perfect for a summer day or as a light and refreshing end to a meal. A berry parfait is perfect for a light breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup granola (or you can use crushed graham crackers or chopped nut if you prefer).
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey.
- In a separate bowl, cut the berries into bite-sized pieces.
- In a glass or bowl, layer the yogurt mixture, berries, and granola.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass or bowl.
- Top with a final layer of berries and granola.
- Serve immediately.
