Chocolate-Banana Mug Cake

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 ripe mashed banana
    • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    • Pinch of salt
    • 3 tablespoons milk
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Directions:
    1. Combine the mashed banana, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
    2. Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
    3. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cake is firm in the middle.
