Thai Peanut Noodles

This recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy the flavors of Thai cuisine at home. The peanut sauce is flavorful and adds a delicious twist to traditional noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz noodles of your choice (we recommend rice noodles or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup peanut sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup vegetables of your choice (we recommend bell peppers, onions, and carrots)
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat the peanut sauce over medium heat. Add the vegetables and cook until they are tender.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the peanut sauce.
  4. Serve the noodles topped with chopped peanuts and cilantro, if desired.
