Baked Salmon

This recipe is a healthy and delicious meal that is easy to prepare. The salmon and vegetables are baked in the oven, which makes for a hands-off cooking experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 cups vegetables of your choice (we recommend asparagus, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  2. Place the salmon and vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
