One-Pot Taco Pasta

If you love tacos and pasta, you’ll get the best of both worlds with this mouthwatering One-Pot Taco Pasta! It’s an easy recipe that will leave your family and friends begging for more.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a large pot or skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small crumbles.
  • Drain any excess fat, if necessary, and stir in the taco seasoning mix.
  • Add the uncooked rotini pasta, diced tomatoes with green chilies, frozen corn, and broth to the pot.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s fully melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Suggestion:
