Thai Peanut Noodles
This recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy the flavors of Thai cuisine at home. The peanut sauce is flavorful and adds a delicious twist to traditional noodles.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz noodles of your choice (we recommend rice noodles or spaghetti)
- 1 cup peanut sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup vegetables of your choice (we recommend bell peppers, onions, and carrots)
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a pan, heat the peanut sauce over medium heat. Add the vegetables and cook until they are tender.
