Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Spinach and artichoke dip is a classic appetizer that never fails to please. Creamy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor, this appetizer is perfect for potlucks, game nights, or any occasion that calls for recipes that are simple but delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve the creamy spinach and artichoke dip with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
