Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Spicy and flavorful baked buffalo cauliflower bites are a healthy twist on a classic favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for a vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (or vegan butter for a vegan option)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to form a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter until well combined.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.

Serving Suggestion:
