Lasagna
This recipe is a classic Italian dish that is perfect for a hearty and satisfying meal. It may take a little bit longer to prepare, but it is worth the effort for the delicious results.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer the lasagna noodles, beef mixture, and cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until the dish is full, ending with the cheese mixture on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the lasagna topped with chopped parsley, if desired.
