Fried Rice
Here is a quick and easy recipe for fried rice that is a great way to use leftover rice and veggies. As with other recipes on our site, our fried rice recipe is easy to prepare and tastes great.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced vegetables of your choice (such as peas, carrots, and onions)
- 1-2 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and add the oil.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender.
- Move the vegetables to one side of the pan, crack the eggs and add them to the empty part of the pan. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked.
- Add the rice and soy sauce and combine with the eggs and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
