Breakfast Tacos

This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast that you can take on the go. You can customize the tacos with your favorite fillings and toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 4 small tortillas
  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup vegetables of your choice (we recommend bell peppers, onions, and spinach)
