Overnight Oats

This recipe is perfect for a busy morning when you don’t have time to cook. You can prepare the oats the night before and grab them on your way out the door in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of your choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fruit of your choice (we recommend blueberries, strawberries, or bananas)

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  2. Top with the fruit of your choice.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, grab the oats on your way out the door and enjoy!
