Banana Pancakes

These simple banana pancakes are a great option for a quick and easy breakfast. They are made with just a few ingredients and are ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • Butter, for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, mashed banana, and egg.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  5. Scoop 1/4 cup of the pancake batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve with your desired toppings and enjoy!
