Breakfast Smoothie
This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast that you can take on the go. You can customize the smoothie with your favorite fruits and add-ins.
Ingredients:

- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice (we recommend berries or mango)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
