Overnight Oats
This recipe is perfect for a busy morning when you don’t have time to cook. You can prepare the oats the night before and grab them on your way out the door in the morning.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup yogurt of your choice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fruit of your choice (we recommend blueberries, strawberries, or bananas)
Instructions:
- In a jar or container with a lid, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
- Top with the fruit of your choice.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, grab the oats on your way out the door and enjoy!
