Banana Pancakes
These simple banana pancakes are a great option for a quick and easy breakfast. They are made with just a few ingredients and are ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- Butter, for cooking
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, mashed banana, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of the pancake batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
