  • You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights to the User Contribution
  • You have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Contributions to enable inclusion and use of the User Contributions in the manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any User Contributions. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Contributions posted or published by you or any third party.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial

arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in the city of Los Angeles, California.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

WAIVER
